Gear: Rally Raid CRF300L/Rally Long Stand (20mm) 4K

I've upgraded the suspension on my CRF300 Rally, and it sits a little higher than before, so the side stand is too short. Previously I'd done a home made modification to lengthen the side stand with a plastic block, however now Rally Raid have one which is 20mm longer than stock.

This video is my install and comparison with the Honda OEM side stand. Installation is quite simple to remove the stock stand and fit the Rally Raid stand. The only tricky bit is fitting the heavy duty spring. If you have enough small strips of metal it goes on easily enough, but a straight pull is a challenge.

The stand itself is very well made. Better than stock, both in fit and finish. It is 240g heavier, but in my opinion it's worth it.
