Wonderful footage of a massive breeding herd of elephants right outside the Governors' camps. A group like this which consists of closely related adult females, together with their offspring of various ages, led by a 'matriarch' who is usually the oldest female, is known as a 'breeding herd'. The matriarch makes all the decisions in terms of where they go and rest daily.

Will Fortescue, who took the videos, said he counted about 50 individuals including plenty of babies. It's scenes like this that make you realise how truly spectacular this wildlife destination is.
