Outline 31: Permitted Development Rights - 11 July 2024

In this edition of Outline Trevor Ivory (Partner and UK Head of Planning) is joined by Sophie Stewart (Partner) to discuss permitted development rights: what they are, what they do and when they do and don't apply.
