Learn how to stitch overlapping individual images or tiles using the FIJI plugin MosaicJ. This is a semi-automated stitching method where the initial rough positioning of the tiles is done by the user, and the final delicate adjustments are performed by the plugin. This would be useful for images acquired on a microscope where the stage is moved manually. (Johanna Dela Cruz, 2021).

Download the ZIP file and add it to the plugins folder of Fiji app. Make sure you also have TurboReg installed (this is also available in the site above). The plugin will be found independently under the Plugins menu of Fiji (or ImageJ).
