Hi, I'm Doctor Bradley Powell. I'm a Chartered Clinical Psychologist here at the Schoen Clinic Chelsea, a discrete, private mental health clinic just off King’s Road. I work with a range of individuals. I work with children and young people, and I also work with adults, helping individuals navigating low mood, self-esteem, OCD, anxiety, as well as navigating and diagnosing, neurodiversity such as autism and ADHD. I take a neuro-affirmative approach. This means that I consider the strengths of an individual, and I don't view autism or ADHD as a inherent deficit, but actually looking at the strengths that come with it and helping individuals work out how to harness a neuro-affirmative, neurodiverse identity and use that to their advantages.

So before joining Schoen Clinic, I've worked in the NHS, I've worked in Harley Street, and also in the UK Parliament. And working across these different sectors, and in particular in Parliament, it taught me how working in a high-pressure, public-facing role can be really difficult for people when they're managing burnout or imposter syndrome. And I now specialise in helping individuals coming from corporate backgrounds, uh, businesses, and creative pursuits, really helping people find ways to manage stress, maintain high performance, and ultimately, get back in touch with what matters most.
