Social Democratic Party of India conducted a ‘Round Table Conference’ on “Waqf & Madrasa in Delhi

Dismantling the Threats & Challenges on 20th October 2024 at Constitution Club, New Delhi. Several dignitaries, community leaders, activists and thinkers were present in the program.

The conference observed that the proposed Waqf Amendment Bill 2024 is is absolutely malicious, vengeful and nefarious. The bill percolates a message that the purpose of the Bill is in continuation of series of laws making Muslims second class citizens by affixing on them a tag of inferiors with a different set of unequal laws in the country. Apart from this, the regime is trying with full of its vigor to close the Madrasas in the country.
The vested interests and the regime are spreading false propaganda on Waqf and Madrasa to create disparity and malice between communities.

The conference concluded to resist all the threats and challenges and protect our institutions, legacies, properties and traditions with all means firmly. Also, to create awareness among the Muslims and other communities about the Waqf and Madrasas.
