Rechado masala is used widely in Goan cusine to marinate seafood. Here's my take on this recipe. Although this Masala is generally used along with Fish, it goes really well with a lot of Vegetables as well. Below is the link for one of recipes to use it along with some veg.

Tips :-
1. Adding an grilled onion adds natural sweetness and a smoky flavor. Instead of grilling the onions over an open flame, just throw these on charcoal. You'll be amazed with the flavor.
2. If you are someone who loves spice, don't just go with Kashmiri Red Chillies. Add some fiery dried chillies or just add chilli powder.
3. If you feel the need to add some liquid while grinding the paste, DONOT ADD WATER, just add more vinegar.
