Built by hand in 12 days by a team of volunteers from Arup, Wu Zhi Qiao Foundation, Kunming University of Science and Technology and Chinese University Hong Kong, this video captures the essence of what it was like for the team living and working with the community in Mixia Village, Yunnan Province.

More than two-years in the making, Arup x WZQ Bridge captures the firm's belief that Arup's engineers do 'socially useful' work. Because of our team of dedicated volunteers, the community of Mixia Village and its surrounding villages can travel to school, to home and to work, safely and securely above the raging Mixia River.
