Note: If the helicopter is not there the first time you drive down the street a couple of blocks away from the police station and then go back and look again. It will eventually spawn on top of the police station. Once you fly the helicopter back to your Apt. ( Las Lagunas Blvd 4 apartment) and go into the garage and get into your car. One of your team mates will have to kill themselfs to save the helicopter. then do a quick restart so you re spawned in front of the bank.
