In this video, Coach Chris TRU and his Allstars demonstrate a great drill for training and developing more transitional skills and footwork. Working this drill will help the player develop starting and stopping techniques while working on speed and control. A handoff or pass added into the drill either at the beginning or end can be added for more skill work.
