--- Biscuit cake egg less bake without oven at home in lockdown, with only few easily available ingredients at home, no oven needed, even husbands can bake
Ingredients:
• 3 packs of Rs. 10 Parle-G biscuit
• 40 gms milk powder
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• 1 cup oil
• ½ cup dry fruits or Choco chips for garnishing
Recipe:
1. Make the fine powder of biscuits using mixer grinder and put this in mixing bowl
2. Now add one by one all the dry ingredients milk powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda
3. Add 1 cup oil and beat this mixture
4. Add some milk and beat it again, do not all milk at once
5. Keep adding milk and keep beating it to form a falling consistency (not too thick or thin) as shown
6. Now cake batter is ready
7. Now pour this cake batter in greased and dusted cake mould. You can also use the butter paper on mould and grease it with butter or oil.
8. Garnish with some dry fruits or Choco chips at the top
9. Keep thin bottom vessel for preheating for 5-7 minutes on full flame
10. Now put the mould filled with cake batter in a preheated vessel and cover it with lid carefully
11. Let it bake for 40-45 minutes
12. After 40-45 minutes check the cake with toothpick, if toothpick is clean then cake is ready
13. Turn off the flame and take the hot cake out of vessel carefully
14. Take the cake out of the mould after a while
15. And now Biscuit cake egg less is ready without any oven
16. Enjoy and stay safe at home during lockdown
