Tandoori Mushroom Rolls Recipe:
Mushroom - 400 grams
Water - As Needed

Marination:
Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Hung Curd - ¼ Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Chaat Masala Powder - ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder - ½ tsp
Kasuri Methi - ½ tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp

Chilli Oil:
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Besan - 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients :
Parotta - 3 nos
Mint Chutney - 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Onion (thinly sliced) - 2 nos

Cooking Instructions:

1. Prepare the marination by mixing all the ingredients required.
2. Prepare chilli oil by bringing mustard oil to a smoking point, cooling it down a little. Add the kashmiri chilli powder and mix it well for a few seconds. Then add the besan flour and mix it well. Add it to the tandoori marinade and mix it well
3. Heat water in a pot, bring it to a boil. Add the mushroom to it and boil it till it becomes a little soft and doubles in size.
4. Strain the mushrooms well and add it to the marinade. Mix it well and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
5. Place a bowl with a heated piece of coal, add a tbsp of ghee and cover the bowl and seal it all around with foil.
6. Let the mushroom smoke for 5 minutes
7. Heat a grill pan, add oil. Grill the mushrooms evenly and take it out.
8. Heat a chapathi, cook it on both sides.Place it on a board and evenly spread, mayonnaise, mint chutney and ketchup.
9. Top it with the tandoori mushrooms. Add sliced onions on top of it.
10. Top it off with more mint chutney and roll it tightly.
11. Wrap it with butter paper , serve it hot.
