Mastering Java: Looping Control Structures (Using BlueJ)

In the previous video, we have learnt how to write statements in a sequence. We have also learnt to execute or skip the
statements depending on some condition, or to let the statements be executed in a sequence depending on the
requirement of the logic in a program.
In this lesson, we will study about the Looping Control Structures which have an iterative nature. Iteration means
repeating a particular process or a set of statements according to the requirements of the program.
Although performing a task in a repeated manner is a bad programming practice, yet sometimes in real world scenarios,
we may have to repeat a particular task many times. Similarly, there are situations where we have to repeat one or more
statements a number of times. In Java, this is achieved by using loops. The loop constructs of Java repeat a set of
statements till the time the specified condition remains true. This specific condition, which basically controls the loop is
referred to as loop control. This condition returns the boolean true value or the false value.
