I listened to BBC Radio York in Bed. Georgey Spanswick wroke North Yorkshire up. I listened to her until 07:15 when I got up got ready made a Pack Up then had Breakfast - Frosties. I then left at 08:15 and walked to the Bus Stop on Heslington Road. I then cought the Bus to the University of York. I was very busy at the Department of Health Sciences at the University of York. I printed Documents out, Printed and Laminated Documents, Helped Check a mail out, Attended a Staff Meeting and Manned Reception this afternoon. Louise then picked me up and we went Shopping at Morrisons before coming back home and checked my Alarms and went through the Fire Plan while waiting for the checkout at Morrisons. I then had a relax and put some washing on before having All Ready Made Sausage Pasta Bake and Spinich for tea before having a relax and a rest and watched TV before having supper then sorted my Clothes out.
