Описание к видео Garmin Dash Cam #56 set-up & install w/Paul Henderson 4K 2-10-21

In this video: I will be doing an unboxing a setting up and an installation of the GARMIN Dash Cam #56.
I did install a GARMIN Dash Cam #56 on the rear window after I finished editing this video.
If the USB power cable for the back camera does not reach to a powered USB port, AMAZON sells a 6 foot extension cable if you need it.

===========instructions=====
Here is a step by step set of direction on how to download the footage to your phone. Garmin has done a few changes to the app. I will do a video on how to navigate the Garmin Drive app soon.
=I just tested it out and it works perfectly, here are the steps.
=take both cams inside to download this is the best way.
=plug both dashcams in to a USB charging only cable not into a cable to the computer otherwise it will open up the photo downloader on the computer.
=turn on both cams.
=open up the Garmin drive app on your phone.
=be sure both dashcams are highlighted as connected to the app.
=update if prompted to.
=tap the videos and photos tab.
=in the banner area- tap the 3 vertical lines to the right of the [select] icon and be sure all the boxes are checked green.
=tap the center drop down arrow that is above the (saved) gray banner.
=tap the from: (date)-choose the day or days you want to view the footage from.
=tap the to: (date) and choose the date as the end date.
=wait for all files to appear.
=tap the video or photo from the saved or temp file list that you want to download or view.
=files with one only cam symbol is a single view file if it has two cams then it is a dual cam file.
=tap the (rear) or (front) button for the camera you want to be as the main video view.
=use the slider bar below the video to trim it to the length you want or spread out for the full length of the video.
=tap the right small arrow at the top right side of the phones screen.
=an information box will appear-and say this may take a while.
=tap continue anyway to continue.
=tap the picture in picture camera button (rear) or (none).
=tap on the square in the main video as to where you want the second video to be placed.
=tap the right arrow at the top of the phones screen to start the export to phone process.
=when it says- Your Clip is Ready! 100%
=tap the [Save to Phone] box- it may take a few minutes for this to complete.
=once it is saved to your phone the [Save to Phone] box will say [Open in Photos]. it should be in a Garmin file or a movie file.
=to view the video or pictures on your phone leave the app and look for a Garmin file or a Movie file it should be there.
=you can also tap the [Open in Photos] box
=then select where you want to send the file to. Google photos, YouTube, Messages, Facebook there should be some choices to choose from.
===Just so you know===
=after the download to the phone is complete and this will take a while, you can view it from your photo’s app on your phone.
+I have auto upload to my google photos or I can manually upload to my google photos by selecting upload to google photos then from there I can download it to my computer.
=once downloaded to computer you can edit it in photoshop or upload right to YouTube or share to Facebook.
=a 3-minute video can take up to 10 minutes to download to your phone so a longer length video will take more time.
=it is important to have the dashcams plugged in to a USB power only source and the phone needs to also be fully charged and do not move or touch the dash cams or phone while this is being done.
=I hope this will help you to navigate the Garmin Drive app.
=you can highlight this entire step by step directions and print it out for better viewing.
Thanks
Paul Henderson
