1. Do not bent forward past 90 degrees
2. Do not cross legs or ankles in standing, sitting and laying down position ( No adduction of hips)
3. Do not twist the hip.
4. Use pillow in between your legs to avoid crossing midline of the body by the operated leg.
5. No truck flexion or side bending.
