Baked Penne Cheese Pasta :
Recipe Sumaira Kanwal Naqvi
Ingredients :
Shell shape pasta,Spiral . Penne 1 packet
Pizza Sauce/ chilli garlic Sauce 1 cup
Chilli flakes seasoning Half Tsp
White pepper powder. Half Tsp
Chilli garlic sauce. 1 cup
Frozen Vegetables peas, carrots 3 tbsp
Potatoes 1 boiled/ frozen
Chedder cheese. 1 cup
Parmesan cheese. 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese. 1 cup
Chedder cheese 1 Cup
Black pepper. 1 tsp
Soya sauce. 3 to 4 tbsp
Olive / canola oil For spread
Method :
Boil shell or Spiral / penne pasta as per direction of packet then set aside.
Heat the butter , oil then melt the butter dd ginger garlic paste cook 1 minute till garlic smells removes dd flour cook 2 Minutes dd onion , dd knorr chicken cube dd 1 tbsp water keep stirring ,dd half cup water nd cook
In a bowl add and mix peas ,carrots ,potatoes and black , white pepper soya sauce , chilli sauce and set aside.
Made white sauce add butter 2 tbsp , 3 tbsp flour in a pan Cook 2 minutes till smell of roast the flour then add black pepper, white pepper , salt and add milk 1 cup till thick the sauce and set aside . or you can add pizza sauce. Then in another bowl mix pizza or white sauce home made Spiral pasta chilli garlic sauce made well mix then spread grease with oil in baking pan spread a layer of sauce then spread shell pasta on it and sprinkle olive oil then add Chadder cheese mixture layer then cheeses layar then 2nd and 3rd layer and in the end sprinkle cheese and dry dill/ thyme and bake for 15 - 18 minutes nd Serve Hot .
