Are you concerned about the increasing number of anti-depressant users in the UK? Is there an alternative to anti-depressants? A national survey carried out in January 2020 – pre Covid-19, explored attitudes towards mental wellbeing and the role that lifestyle, diet, exercise, social media and more play in depression and in maintaining a positive state of mind.
