Maricopa County Chandler Justice Court Judge Keith Frankel, allowed a wrongful eviction of a single mother of 2 kids. The Judge and Slumlord" Anna Lisa Bussell" ignored the rights of the single mother the grace of 5 days to pay as provided by the "Arizona Landlord and Tenant Act", yet evicting her on the first day rent was legally due.

No contract shall over ride the law. On the very day payment was due was the very same day that the Judge signed to have Celina kicked out of her home and the day after she paid the rent in full the police came with the greedy landlord "Anna Lisa Bussell" to force her from the home that she had just paid the rent on the day before!

When the rent was only $750.00 the evil landlord wanted $1950.00, meaning she would keep the $1200.00 deposit along with the $750.00 paid for the month of January, and even worse, this was the last month of the lease.

This is the very reason there are laws to protect the consumer from such evil actions. Hence the reason for the words "evil slumlord". Celina was harrassed by this woman and rail roaded by her along with the blessing of "Maricopa County Chandler Justice Judge Keith Frankel". As shown in the video, we were first told that we cant see the judge when asked.

But some how he showed up to defend his position that was done with injustice in the worst way and he knows it! We saw him hiding behind the window catching up on the law and the error of his ways, "Arizona Landlord and Tenant Act", which states that the tenant legally has 5 days to pay and before there is a late fee not more than $5.00 per day when her contract states and demands $50.00 and $25.00 per day thereafter.

Chronology of Events:

Celina was behind for the month of December and made it up as promised. The next payment was due on the first of January 2015. As the judge stated in this video if the due date falls on a holiday, it rolls over to the next business day. So, why would you sign an order authorizing the constable to go and evict someone, NOT even giving them a chance to pay the day that it is due!

This eviction had already be issued the very same day. So on Monday January 5th, Celina pays the rent, and on Tuesday, January 6th, the slumlord "Anna Lisa Bussell" shows up at 9:00 a.m. and gave Celina 10 mins to get out. Four days later, the slumlord is making demands of her to remove her stuff or it will be picked up and stored by movers. On the day Celina went to retreive her things, she was given untll 5:00 pm to remove all of her things.

She has even had to take several days off work, renting a Uhaul and storage place which is not nearly enough time to accomplish this huge task. After begging the husband for more time they show up with police stating that they had no right to be there.

ON the following day Celina went back to move the rest of what she could and to also clean the place leaving it in better conditon then she moved in. But again, the police were called to force them out of the place demanding they leave or be arrested for tresspassing.

Its clear that the greedy slumlord wanted to keep her money inspite of her meeting her obligation according to the law. Anna Lisa Bussell never dealt with her honestly from the beginning. She had something to hide behind. Celina's rent payments were made at the landlords bank, which were closed eveywhere on the January 1, 2015 Holiday. Nor did the landlord give or provide a physical address which is required by law not a P.O.Box.

Anna Lisa Bussell filed false charges on Celina for an injunction against harrassment claiming Celina created a Go Fund Me campaign trying to get help after being wrongfully convicted. Someone else made a Go Fund Me page in her behalf which resulted in that case being dismissed.

"Anna lisa Bussell" gets the Award for being the Evil Slumlord becaus she took advantage of the situation by After having received the money for the last month of the lease (January's rent paid in full"and holding a $1200.00 still moved forward with kicking her out of her home, this was out of greed and low down dirty at every level, this is wrong and she should be punished for this type of abuse,
