Is time the best way to measure our intensity of exercise after a stroke? Studies suggest that it may not be the best as 1/3 of the time in our session is spent being idle. To get a more realistic picture of our exercise statistics, repetition is much better. Tip: log or record your repetitions over time to get a picture of how you are improving after a stroke.
