Surf & Turf Burger is a combination of juicy meat (the Turf) with savory Spicy Shrimp (the Surf). We get good searing action on the Turf which gets us good flavor. The Blackstone Griddle is excellent for cooking Burgers as it creates that flavorful juicy Burger. Then We add some cayenne and crushed red pepper to get the spicy shrimp and the delicious turf. We put them amp together with some spicy mayo and get the Surf and Turf Burger. This is the ultimate Burger with Spicy Shrimp.
