Mightier than the Expanse achievement. Complete the Limitless Blue (Extreme) with a party of only blue mages, Silence Echo turned on, and Undersized Party turned off.

Extremely easy fight. Kill a few adds, then when you hop on Bismarcks exposed back just Final Sting and it goes down.
