SUSHI JIRO @ Marina Mandarin, Singapore | Japanese Fine Dining

We had a wonderful dining experience at Sushi JIRO 鮨 次郎 at Marina Mandarin Singapore last weekend, and I definitely yearned for more, the sashimi that was served during the Omakase.

Sushi JIRO 鮨次郎 flies in their seafood from Tsukiji Market in Tokyo four times a week and that's how fresh their seafood is. The Oh-toro just blew me away.

Enjoyed the conversation with Master Chef Kenji-san as he took time to explain each dish as well as his food-videography experience. If you like the finest sashimi, Sushi Jiro is definitely a must-try.
