Brighton Center has been quietly performing miracles in San Antonio since 1969, maintaining an unwavering commitment to our community's most vulnerable families for more than five decades. Today, we serve more than 4,000 children and families every single year—that's equivalent to the entire population of some Texas towns—providing comprehensive developmental services during the most critical years of a child's life.
The numbers in Bexar County are sobering. More than 40,000 children have a disability—that's nearly the entire capacity of the Alamodome. Behind every statistic is a family navigating uncertainty, searching for answers, and hoping for support. This means a child can receive speech, occupational, or physical therapy, attend one of our two inclusive preschools, and transition to public school with the support of our special education consultants—all through one trusted organization that knows their family's journey.
