I would say that practically there are no don’ts at all. Most of the things that the patient has been doing previous day of the surgery can be done on the next day after the surgery, for example sitting, squatting, bending, lifting the objects, climbing the stairs up and down, all these things, travelling driving herself, everything can be done one or 2 days later after the surgery if she is a working women, she can even get back to her work if it is simple surgery. If it is a simple surgery like a laparoscopic hysterectomy or a laparoscopic myomectomy then she can resume her work a week later very comfortably.
