PEPE by José Andrés in Disney Springs (NEW 2019) | Disney Dining Review

In today’s Disney dining review, we head to Disney Springs to try the newly opened PEPE by José Andrés. PEPE is a quick service restaurant located in the same building as the highly anticipated Jaleo. PEPE is the first brick-and-mortar restaurant location of José Andrés’s famed food truck hailing from Washington, D.C.. Serving delicious Spanish sandwiches, gazpacho soup, and seasonal salads, PEPE does offer a little something for everybody.
