starting a solo hobby (it changed my life)

Reading is not the first thing that comes to mind when thinking of a new hobby to start. Most of the time, we think of more physical or hands-on activities to take on as hobbies. But nevertheless, as an introverted adult millennial, I suddenly found myself picking up new books at a local thrift store and starting a hobby that, not too long ago, I found dreadful.

In this video, I go over the first four books that I have read as an adult millennial and, if you are looking for books to read, these books are great starting points for self help and improvement.

Choosing what to read can be a challenge specially if you don't know any authors or you don't really know what you want to read about. I was like this too in the beginning but I just went with my gut feeling and have learned so much in the past year! Here's to more reading!
