The gear that was used is the finished Early game covenant setup, for the T16 map I switched to a rare 6 link armour instead of Covenant.
My AG did use the "Mid" AG gear, the main difference is Windscream boots for +1 curse limit and corrupted Asenath gloves for enfeeble on hit curse. (5c boots 50c gloves)
Total cost of the finished Early Covenant setup is around 10 divines or less.
