Welcome to my Fast Car guitar lesson by Tracy Chapman. This is such a great song and has some really cool fingerpicking which isn’t too hard. I will be going over how to play the fingerstyle for the intro and verses of this song as well as the strumming patterns for the chorus of the song.

Now I would label Fast Car as more of a Late Beginner to Early Intermediate guitar song, but well worth learning because of the repetitive nature of the fingerpicking in the verses.
