Sorry for the trash mic quality. This doesn't work on 3DS because the menus are different. Use L1 on the top page to scroll up or R1 on the bottom page to scroll down. You don't need to have all recipes in order for this to work. It can be done as early as your very first Traverse Town visit with only 2 recipes. Your top page can always be created by using Meow Wow's materials while the bottom page will depend on which Dream Eater is in the bottom right corner. The completed Spirit recipe order is predetermined by the game. You can however plan out the order in which you acquire recipes to fully take advantage of the glitch.
