The MG Windsor EV was launched in the country on 11 September 2024 and takes on a range of vehicles in the B-segment and C-segment. The electric vehicle is being offered in the Excite, Exclusive, and Essence variants.
MG Windsor EV price for the base model starts at Rs. 12.00 Lakh and the top model price goes upto Rs. 15.60 Lakh
The Windsor EV is offered with a 38kWh battery pack and has a claimed range of 331km. The motor powers the front wheels and produces 134bhp and 200Nm torque.
There are four driving modes – Eco, Eco+, Normal, and Sport.
The Windsor gets rear AC vents and a multifunction steering wheel.
It also comes equipped with ambient lighting and a panoramic sunroof. It is fixed.
Appearance-wise, it has the shape of an MPV and the carmaker calls it a CUV.
It sports wide LED light bars at the front and rear, and a charging port on the left front fender.
Design highlights include features such as a vertically stacked and split headlamp cluster with projector headlamps, A-pillar-mounted ORVMs, and an integrated spoiler.
