Note, select any additional text boxes that may display when the image is inserted, and then press DELETE. Compress the online picture once it is inserted using the default resolution. To compress the picture, select it and then on the Picture Format tab, in the Adjust group, click or press the Compress Pictures button. If you do not have the Online Pictures option, conduct the search in your Web browser and insert an appropriate picture. 6
