Seipai Kata for Goju Ryu: Intro and Variations

We are starting weekly online karate classes from the 3rd of August: email [email protected] to get added to the sign-up list. Seipai kata, with its distinct opening move and beautiful circular movements, is one of our favourite Goju Ryu kata.

We take a look at all of its variations, as well as present the entire sequence for reference. Check out the chapters below to jump to any section that you're interested in, or struggling with.
