Keto Friendly Ribs

This is a great recipe if you are counting carbs and watching your sugar intake. This recipe packs the same flavor as traditional ribs without the extra calories. Give this recipe a try and tell us what you think!

• 1 TBSP of Smoked Paprika
• 1.5 tsp of Paprika
• 1.5 tsp of Salt
• 1 tsp of Onion Powder
• 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp of Ground Mustard
• 1 tsp of Italian Seasoning
• 1 tsp of Black Pepper
• 1 Rack of St Louis Ribs
• 1/2 Cup of Killer Hogs Zero Sugar BBQ Sauce
• 1/4 Cup of Squeeze Butter

Set up your smoker to cook indirect at 275 degrees.
Prep your ribs by removing any excess fat and silver skin.
Mix all of the dry rub ingredients above thoroughly. Apply to the ribs and let sit for 30 minutes.
Place your ribs on the smoker and cook for 2-3 hours until you reach the color you desire.
Spritz about every hour.
Wrap your ribs in foil meat side down using the remainder of the rub, sauce and butter.
Place back on the smoker for another hour, check the ribs for doneness.
Once you reach a temp of 205 degrees remove from foil and sauce the ribs, place sauced ribs back on smoker for 15 mins.
Remove, slice and enjoy!
