The Royal Bengal Tiger has been one of the top endangered animals in the world. Hans speaks about how each one of us can contribute to not only saving the tiger, but also to preserve our forests all together.
He has used his talent and love for music as a tool to help and learn from the villagers. His NGO, on the other hand has been a big support for the forest rangers. A former sound engineer, Hans Dalal has been the foremost voice in field of wildlife and nature conservation in India. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of 2, Hans Dalal beat all the hurdles his condition posed and made a successful career as a sound engineer, working with renowned artists like Vishal-Shekhar and Trilok Gurtu. His own NGO, PROWL, conducts projects to train forest guards and is also involved in monitoring the movement of tigers. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
