It's Chaos, Be Kind (feat. Micah SD) - Official Video

Inspired by the words of Michelle McNamara and Patton Oswalt
in the Netflix special "Annihilation" - this phrase has become a mantra of sorts for me, especially over the last couple of years. I've been so angry and emotionally exhausted, and "It's Chaos, Be Kind" reminds me to be more conscious of how I channel my energy in more compassionate, effective ways.
