The de Havilland Moth celebrates its centenary this year, and the Moth Club of Great Britain is gathering up to 100 various Moth types at Old Warden Aerodrome in Bedfordshire which is the home of the Shuttleworth Collection. The de Havilland Aircraft Museum knew we had to get involved with this, and so this is a preview of what we can look forward to later this summer.

Among the aircraft we discuss in this video is the DH.51 "Miss Kenya" - the design of which contributed to the eventual design of the Moth - the 1925 DH.60 Cirrus Moth which was one of the first ever built, and the DH.60X Hermes Moth that was actually flown by Richard Shuttleworth.
