TORTA CEBUANA

Yield: 11 tortas (1/2 cup batter per mould)

Temperature 400F for 15 mins; 350 for another 12 mins or until almost firm.

Ingredients:
180 grams salted butter
70 grams vegetable oil
150 grams white sugar
8 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cake flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon anise seeds
150 grams water
160 grams fresh milk
150 grams condensed milk

Additional anise, sugar, melted butter, for topping.
