Healthy Maple Oatmeal Bread/Cake with Pecans, no sugar. Great idea for breakfast! It's very delicious, nutritious, not too sweet and really quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:
284g/ 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
130g/1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
55g/ 1/2 cup pecans
2 eggs, room temperature
120ml/ 1/2 cup maple syrup
240ml/ 1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla
55g/ 5 tbsp melted butter, cooled slightly

1 tbsp maple syrup, for brushing
1-2 tbsp rolled oats, for sprinkling

Tin size: 27,5x11cm
Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 40-45 min. Cool in the tin for 10 min then transfer to a wire rack and brush the top of the warm bread with 1 tbsp maple syrup, and sprinkle with oats. Enjoy!
