Massachusetts sues Uber, Lyft to classify drivers as employees

How should rideshare drivers be classified? That's the question at the center of Massachusetts' lawsuit against Uber and Lyft, which kicked off in court today. Attorney General Andrea Campbell is suing the companies, claiming that drivers should be considered employees, while Uber and Lyft are behind a ballot question that would make the drivers independent contractors.
