Fixed Capital Method

• In Fixed Capital Method, We prepare two accounts
o Partner Capital Account
o Partner Current Account
• All the Interest on capital, Interest on Drawing, Drawing, Salary, profit share etc will go to the partner Current Account only
• All the capital addition, and capital withdrawn will go to the Partner capital Account
• Partner Capital Account can never have a debit balance


Fluctuating Capital Method
• In Fluctuating Capital Method, we prepare only one Account
o Partner Capital Account
• All the Interest on capital, Interest on Drawing, Drawing, Salary, profit share, Capital Addition and capital withdrawal etc will go to the partner Capital Account only
• Partner Capital Account can have Debit balance also
