Sole Survivor: A Mass Effect Fan Film

Happy N7 day from the Message From Vega team! To celebrate we made this short Mass Effect fan film. What if Shepard had to wait for rescue after the devastation on Akuze? How much easier it would have been to toss their dog tags into the carnage and move on. Take a new name. Live a peaceful life, and never have to face something like this again. But that’s what makes our Sole Survivor, our Shepard, the perfect choice to represent humanity as the first human Spectre. That’s what drives them to fight back harder than anyone else against overwhelming odds to preserve life. The Reapers never stood a chance.

We wrote, shot, edited, and scored the entire film in just three days! It was shot on the Sony FX6. Of course some things could be better, but we will continue to improve in our art. Keelah Se' lai!
