A "Royal" Themed Wedding - Lars & Katrina Holte

Our "royal" wedding was just like I'd always dreamed of! As a years long fan of British royal weddings, mine was complete with a red carpet, tiara, traditional English anthem ("Jerusalem"),and a silk bridal gown which I designed and sewed myself. The mothers wore coordinating ballgowns, the bridesmaids wore peach satin dresses in a style very similar to Princess Elizabeth's bridesmaids, and the whole event was hosted in a historic building that contained a gorgeous chapel and an elegant gold ballroom. My husband and I chose traditional wedding vows and classical music for the ceremony.
