V Irai Anbu IAS, Cheif secretary of Tamil Nadu is a typical member of the Indian Administrative Service. He is a reputed writer. He has so far written 127 books in various genres. He has also authored five books in English.
Dr Anbu is a spontaneous speaker. He can deliver speeches extempore on any subjects So far he has spoken amongst more than 2000 gatherings, most of them to the youth. He is also guiding the aspirants for civil service examinations personally and has written two books exclusively for the IAS aspirants.
