I included a workout routine i would advise you to follow if you want to enhance your speed. The method will quite fast show up some results.

Exercise 1: Suicide runs - x10
Exercise 2: Up and downs - 30 seconds x2
Execise: 3: Skipping - 1 minute x2
Exercise 4: In and outs 30 sec x2
Exercise 5: Forward and backwards step 30 sec x2
Exercise 6: Hip twists 30 sec x2
Exercise 7: High Jumps, knees to chest 8 jumps

Week 1 - Do everything once, 2 days
Week 2 - Do everything once, 3 days
Week 3 - Do everything twice, 2 days
Week 4 - Do everything twice, 2-3 days
Week 5 - Do everything 3 times, 2 days
Week 6 - Do everything 3 times, 2-3 days
- Then you just need to keep the schedule for week 5 and 6 until you reach week 12. Then your shape is excellent and you will be much faster on court!
