It's Christmas!!
This Christmas Instead of filling our tummies with Plum cakes, Rum cakes and Fruit Cakes why don't we try something different.
We are here with a savoury cake recipe that would make this special occasion extra!! 'Meat cake' is very very easy to make and delicious beyond imaginations.

Ingredients you will need:
To cook the meat:

Beef (buffalo meat) - 1/2 kg
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Water
(Remove the cooked meat from the stalk, cool it and mince it in a mixer)

To make the meat mixture:
Vegetable oil - 3 or 4 tbsp
Big Onion (chopped) - 1 no
Ginger (chopped) - 1-inch piece
Green chillies (crushed) - 6 or 7 nos
Curry leaves (chopped)- few
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) - 1 medium size
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp

To make the cake batter:
Eggs - 6
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Maida - 1 cup
Salted Butter - 100 gms
