Cajun Chicken Pot Pie
Preheat oven to 425

Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Breast Shredded or Chopped
2 TBS Bacon Fat
Half an onion chopped
Half of a shallot chopped
2 Celery stalks sliced
1-1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Celery Seed
1 TBS Garlic Powder
1 TBS Onion Powder
1 TBS Chicken Bouillion
1 TBS Old Bay Seasoning
1 TBS Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 TBS Parsley
4 Garlic Cloves Minced

Add 2 TBS Bacon Fat to skillet
Season chicken with chicken bouillon only and cook on skillet on medium til done. Don’t overcook your chicken. The rest of the dry ingredients will be added to the sauce we create. Shred the chicken and set aside.

Add 4 TBS of butter to your skillet. Add your veggies and dry seasonings and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat. Add your chicken broth, heavy cream and flour to your mixture. Let this all come together for about 5 minutes or until til your filling is at the thickness you desire.

Scoop your filling onto the pie shell and cover with your second pie shell. It’s okay if it breaks just gently piece it back together!

Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
Let sit for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
