Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis - Planetcrusher Blitz Rank 2 | Gu x Fi Duo [

Howdy everyone, back with another gameplay video of a game called "Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis". In this video, will showcase a quest clear of the very recently added ultra hard party difficulty quest called Planetcrusher Blitz, but a new rank 2 version!

So yeah, seeing how Gu solo looks nigh impossible at the moment, didn't think duo would still stand much of a chance, but was wrong. Duo at least can have one person taking care of a puppet at a time while transitioning to 4 puppets, one person manages one side while the other takes on the other side, assuming both players can do relatively high damage whilst being able to kill a puppet within a close timeframe. I have to opt using MARS Hydra because it's just that dang good compared to all other classes, especially Gunner, sadly. Two Hydra's can fit in during P1 transition phase, it seems. The safe time frame in order to enter to P2/cannon phase would have to be at least by the 9 minute mark. Though cannon phase is also the biggest factor whether you'll have enough time to clear the finale phase or not. RNG is still a big threat here since you want to find the weakpoint as fast as possible otherwise breaking more shield plates on puppets will waste you more time and boss will have more HP, being more tankier in finale phase. As long as you practice P1 with your duo partner, should be able to gauge similar times entering to P2. The transition P2 onto finale, it seems like both players will have to hold the regular shoot attack throughout the whole sequence against the yellow lane puppets because letting go of the buildup and having no chargeshots would result in taking massive unavoidable AoE damage. You barely can't afford to miss, have to be quick on aiming the next yellow lane. DPS ball check isn't so much of an issue, just move side to side so you don't get hit by the X mark purple zone getting laser'ed. Lastly, the finale phase. Sadly they didn't really change anything here at all compared to Rank 1, but yeah, for the underpowered classes, best bet is to position yourself correctly using MARS and Hydra the rest of final minute. The projectiles and hand swings won't be able to hurt you at all so you can just Hydra your way to victory granted if you still have enough time left on the clock. Though I'll be real, duo partner here did a lot more than me in DPS. Will need to wait and see other top Gu PoV players to see what they cook up with in dishing out more DPS. Besides that, definitely fun trying to do these kinds of quests with the least amount of players as possible. Hoping to do more duo runs with different players in the future.
