I think just when they walk in, their first contact is usually with the staff member either on the phone and once they walk in here they already know Sarah or Misty, they've already talked to them, they've already got a rapport with them. Then we tell them what records we need, what we want to start with and the staff they start building a rapport with them asking them what they're looking for or if it's an emergency we deal with that first. If someone has a specific problem they're wanting, either toothache or cosmetic, we just try to build them a rapport because it sets them at ease and they can feel comfortable coming here.
