I show the gear I use and the skills Atreus has that I take advantage of at the end of the video.

This isn't a video to showcase "epic" combat. This is just me mindlessly going through Atreus sections of the game because I have to if I want to get to the good stuff. I'm normally watching YouTube during his sections. Especially the Jotunheim section. This is just to show off what I think is the best combat playstyle for Atreus. I'm not even trying or paying attention most of the time and still I get great results with this strategy.

The Talon Bow is a must for this build. I don't know why but the Realm Shift you get last more then twice as long compared to the other 2 bows. You get about 4 seconds with Talon and with the other bows you get less than 2. On top of that Talon with Sonic Arrows apply massive stun very fast. You get the R3 prompt almost instantly. Dexterous Shot works well with the Realm Shift build. It does bonus damage for getting repeated headshots in a row and making use of that with Realm Shift is very easy to do.

PS: I made a short video showing a better and faster way to do both of the combos Atreus can do. Its a much better way to do his High Ground combo especially. I didn't play around and find this faster combo until after I recorded the footage in this video so its not in here sadly. This isn't a complicated trick so I'm sure someone did it before me but no one ever uploads Atreus combat so I have never seen it.
